    I’m Wendy Montroy, a REALTOR® with a strong background in residential sales, REO properties, and mortgage processing. I bring a data-driven, detail-oriented approach to every transaction. My clients appreciate my honest communication, tenacity, and commitment to making informed, confident decisions.


    With a background in real estate marketing, broker price opinions, and as an executive officer for a REALTOR® association, I have experience that gives me a unique edge in understanding contracts, compliance, and the local market.


    Licensed since 2003, with over 20 years of experience, I’ve held real estate licenses in three different states throughout my career. I’m currently licensed in Florida and proudly serve buyers and sellers throughout The Villages. My multi-state experience gives me a broad perspective on markets and client needs, especially when it comes to helping relocating buyers. I also hold the SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist) and SFR® (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) designations, which reflect my commitment to advanced training and serving both traditional and complex transactions with confidence.


    Outside of real estate, I enjoy fishing, kayaking, and giving back through the GFWC and Friends of the Leesburg Library.
